P1 Finance Plc 2020-F1 GBP ISIN - GB00BMY7CC65 Zero Coupon Bond

P1 Finance Plc 2020-F1 USD ISIN - GB00BMY7CD72 Zero Coupon Bond

Together, the "Notes"

Available now for investment, the Notes offer an annualised yield of 9.25% with a minimum investment of 100,000 GBP or 100,000 USD and settled via Clearsteam, CREST or Euroclear.

An application has been made for listing ISIN GB00BMY7CC65 and GB00BMY7CD72 on the Irish Stock Exchange.
