Issued Share Capital and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that its total issued share capital as at Monday, 29 June 2020 is 196,443,323 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The Topps Tiles Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") holds 1,478,694 Ordinary Shares and has waived its right to exercise its voting rights and to receive dividends in respect of these 1,478,694 Ordinary Shares.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 194,964,629. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
