Significant contract renewals underpin Annual Recurring Revenue

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading global big data technology company, announces that it has recently renewed a number of client contracts with extended durations which will help underpin management's current expectations for the Group's Annual Recurring Revenue ("ARR") in future periods.  As previously announced, the Company will enter the 2021 financial year with anticipated ARR in excess of £6.0 million.

The three contracts have a combined ARR of £0.9 million and a total contract value of approx. £1.5 million and will expire between September 2021 and June 2023. The end clients are an international telecoms business, a world-renowned American university, and a UK government department.

These long-term commitments reflect increasing client confidence in Rosslyn and the durability of Rosslyn products and services.
