New Non-Executive Director Appointment

Ormonde announces the appointment of Mr. Brian Timmons to its Board of Directors (the "Board"), as a non-executive director, on 24 June 2020. Mr. Timmons' appointment is at the request of the Company's largest shareholder and the Board believes that Mr. Timmons can add perspective to the Board as it seeks to develop its business.

Additional disclosures in relation to appointment:

Mr. Timmons is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with over 30 years of experience in senior positions within companies across a range of industries, including fund management, investment banking (in Irish Life Assurance Co. and AIB Capital Markets PLC respectively), healthcare technology, bioscience, alternative energy and resource companies, e-commerce, telecoms and software IT. Mr. Timmons is presently the Chief Financial Officer of Irish Medical Systems, a privately owned medical software company providing administration systems and electronic patient records systems to healthcare organisations and is an advisor to a number of other international commercial ventures.

The new non-executive director appointee is subject to re-election by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, now scheduled for 17 September 2020.
