M&C Saatchi PLC ("M&C Saatchi" or "the Company")

Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 353,195 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to trading on AIM. These 353,195 New Shares have been issued pursuant to fulfil a put option, as consideration for shares in one of the Company's UK subsidiaries.

Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 26 June 2020.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue on the date of admission will be 115,916,590. Of this total, 485,970 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights will be 115,430,620. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
