Result of Annual General Meeting and Presentation by CEO

Savannah Resources plc (AIM: SAV, FWB: SAV and SWB: SAV) ('Savannah' or the 'Company'), the resource development company, is pleased to advise that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

To ensure shareholders' votes were taken account of, the resolutions were voted on by way of a poll. The proxy votes received in relation to the resolutions were as follows:
