Notice of Trading update, Results and Investor presentation

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), a leading manufacturer of infection prevention and contamination control products, provides notice of a trading update, results and investor presentation.

Shareholder presentation and Trading update

Due to social distancing restrictions and to comply with UK Government directives to avoid non-essential travel, Tristel will not be hosting an Open Day for Shareholders at the Company headquarters in Cambridgeshire this year. However, on 22 July 2020 at 9am a video presentation recorded by Paul Swinney, CEO and Liz Dixon, FD, will be made available on the Company's website:  

https://www.tristel.com/uk/investor-centre/investor-presentations. 

On the same day the Company will release a Trading update by RNS for the year ended 30 June 2020.

Notice of Results

The Company expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2020 in mid-October 2020.
