Pets at Home Group Plc: Amendment to Notice of AGM

On 10 June 2020, Pets at Home Group Plc (LSE: PETS) ("Company") sent its Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") to shareholders.

Due to an administrative error, resolution 11 was included in the Notice to approve the Company's Restricted Stock Plan.  As the Restricted Stock Plan was approved at the Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting, resolution 11 is not required.  Accordingly, at the Annual General Meeting, the Chairman, with the consent of the meeting, will not propose resolution 11.
