Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, announces that further to the announcement made on 16 June 2020, Stephen Howard, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), has following admission of the deferred consideration shares today, been issued with 342,361 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the above issue, Mr Howard is beneficially interested in 539,120 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
