Board Appointment

Triad announces the appointment of James McDonald to the Board as Finance Director, effective from 16 June 2020.

James joined the Company in February 2020 and, in March, assumed the position of Company Secretary and acting Finance Director.

James is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has previously held a senior finance position at Foxtons Group Plc, prior to which he was Group Finance Director and Company Secretary at Brook Street Bureau Plc. James qualified with EY in London.

James does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the Company.

There are no further details to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
