Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile commerce company, announces that on 15 June 2020, Frank Bury a Non-Executive Director of Bango and certain of his persons closely associated ("PCAs") purchased 25,000 Bango ordinary shares in aggregate at a price of 157 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Bury has a direct and indirect interest in 333,500 shares in Bango representing approximately 0.45% of the total issued share capital.
