GOLDSTONE RESOURCES LIMITED

("GoldStone" or the "Company")

Confirmation of Reinstatement to the Jersey Register, Restoration of Trading on AIM

and Change of Registered Address

GoldStone Resources Limited (AIM: GRL) is pleased to advise that, further to the announcement of 8 April 2020, the Royal Court of Jersey (the "Royal Court") has declared the dissolution of the Company to be void and the Company has now been reinstated to the Jersey Register of Companies (the "Reinstatement").  The Company notes that the date of dissolution was, in fact, 31 October 2019 and not 1 October 2019 as previously announced.

As a result of the Reinstatement, trading in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each on AIM is expected to recommence immediately.

The Company also advises that it has appointed Financial Consultants (Jersey) Limited as the Company's company secretary and that the Company's registered office has changed, with immediate effect, to Goldstone Resources Limited, c/o Financial Consultants (Jersey) Limited, 2nd Floor, International House, 41 The Parade, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands JE2 3QQ.

The Board has investigated the dissolution and concluded that the relevant filings were not made to the Jersey Registrar of Companies and the associated fees were not paid as a result of an administrative error.

Emma Priestley, CEO of GoldStone, commented: "We have satisfied all the requirements of the Jersey Registrar to effect reinstatement of the Company and accordingly trading in the Company's shares on AIM will recommence immediately.  We regret that this situation arose and would like to thank our shareholders for their patience during this time."
