AB Dynamics plc, the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, announces that Matthew Hubbard, Chief Technology Officer of the Company, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect for personal reasons. 

The Company is pleased that Matthew will remain with the Group in a new part time role within Anthony Best Dynamics Limited focussing on research and a range of operational projects.  There are currently no plans to replace Matthew with a new appointment to the Board.

Dr James Routh, Chief Executive Officer said:

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mat for his contribution to the Group.  Mat has been instrumental in the development of many of the core technologies that now form a significant proportion of our product range and I am particularly pleased that the Group will continue to benefit from Mat's skills and experience in his new role."
