Notice of AGM

Robinson plc ("Robinson" or the "Company" stock code: RBN), the custom manufacturer of rigid plastic and paperboard packaging based in Chesterfield, announces that its 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.30 am on Tuesday 30 June 2020 at Robinson plc, Field House, Wheatbridge, Chesterfield, S40 2AB.

Due to the current pandemic, social distancing and travel restrictions apply and the AGM will therefore be a "closed" meeting with voting by proxy only. The Board recognises the need to engage with shareholders who are invited to send any questions and listen to the meeting and presentations from Directors. In order to do so Shareholder must complete and return the attendance form in the Notice of AGM.

The Company's full 2019 Annual Report, along with Notice of AGM and together with proxy forms have been distributed to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website at: https://robinsonpackaging.com/investors/.
