Director Share Purchases
Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, announces that, on 5 June 2020, the Company's non-executive directors purchased, in aggregate, 292,744 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company in line with their commitment, as announced on 19 May 2020, that 20 per cent of their fees, after tax and national insurance, will be used to purchase shares in the Company.
