Change of Auditor

REACT announces it has appointed Dains LLP as its auditor after a formal review and tender process overseen by the Company's Audit Committee.   The change of auditor is to a regional firm with offices in the Midlands, local to REACT's head office, and will result in cost savings.  The appointment of Dains LLP will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next AGM to be held in 2021.  Jeffreys Henry LLP, the outgoing auditor, has stated that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of shareholders under Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
