SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF THE EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN ISSUERS' REGULATION
NEXTSTAGE EXCEEDS THE RELEVANT THRESHOLD OF 10%
Rome, 18 February 2025 - La SIA S.p.A. ('La SIA' or the 'Company'), a company active in the engineering & design sector, whose shares are traded on Euronext Growth Milan, announces, pursuant to the Transparency Rules and to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulation, that on 14 February 2025 it received communication from the shareholder NextStage AM pursuant to Article 15 of the Company's Articles of Association, that on 13 February 2025 the relevant threshold of 10% of the share capital representing shares carrying voting rights had been exceeded, holding 567,000 ordinary shares of the Company, equal to 10.0061% of the share capital.
Following this change, pursuant to Article 26 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation and on the basis of the information in its possession, the following is the composition of the updated corporate structure.
