Director Dealings

The Company was notified on 3 June 2020 that the following directors have dealt in ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") of the Company as follows:

Michael Rowan (Chief Executive Officer) purchased 2,000,000 Shares at a price of 0.450p each.  Following this purchase, Mr Rowan is beneficially interested in 7,486,250* Shares representing 0.59 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

James Leahy (Non-executive Director) purchased 1,000,000 Shares at a price of 0.499p each.  Following this purchase, Mr Leahy is beneficially interested in 3,000,000 Shares representing 0.24 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Jason Zimmermann (Non-executive Director) purchased 961,500 Shares at a price of 0.699p each.  Following this purchase, Mr Zimmermann is beneficially interested in 961,500 Shares representing 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

* This figure includes 265,000 Shares which Mr Rowan inherited in 2018 and which inadvertently have not previously been disclosed as part of his beneficial holding in the Company.
