Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, announces that its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy will be posted to shareholders later today and copies are available on its website at www.huwplc.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Thursday 25 June 2020 at 12 noon at the Chief Executive's home office.

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Company and the Board remind all shareholders of the British Government's rules restricting public gatherings and non-essential travel.  Shareholders should therefore comply with the Government's rules by not attending the AGM in person and instead appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy with their voting instructions. We kindly ask that shareholders do not attempt to travel to the meeting in person as any shareholder seeking to attend the AGM will be refused entry. The Company is taking these precautionary measures to comply with the British Government's rules in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, to safeguard its shareholders' and employees' health and to make the AGM as safe as possible.
