Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Company today announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 have been sent to shareholders and an electronic copy is available from the Company's website https://investors.comptoirlibanais.com/financial-reports/.

The Company can also confirm that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Levant Restaurant, Jason Court, 76 Wigmore Street, London W1U 2SJ on 26 June 2020 at 11.30 a.m. 

COVID-19 & AGM attendance

In light of current public health advice and "Stay at Home" legislation recently introduced, external shareholders (i.e. shareholders who do not also hold office as a director of the Company) are prohibited from attending the Annual General Meeting in person. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy, instructions are detailed in the letter to shareholders.
