Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Coro Energy plc, the Southeast Asian focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been published.

The AGM is to be held on 25 June 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at 40 George Street, Marylebone, London W1U 7DW.

As a result of the current crisis of COVID-19 and the UK Government's restrictions, which includes banning gatherings of more than two people, the Company's AGM will be run as a closed meeting. Shareholders should therefore comply with the Government's rules by not attending the meeting in person and instead are strongly encouraged to submit their proxy vote, appointing the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy to ensure that their votes are registered.

Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person and will be refused entry. The Company will continue to monitor the situation and issue updates as necessary.
