Employee Share Options and PDMR Dealing

GlobalData today announces that it has received notification that on 21 May 2020, Graham Lilley, CFO, exercised 50,000 share options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") and sold 50,000 Shares on the same day, as set out in further detail in the below Notification of Dealing Form. This exercise follows confirmation in the Company's Final Results announcement released on 24 February 2020 that the results for the year ended 31 December 2019 fulfilled the performance condition for the exercisability of 1.8 million employee share options.

To satisfy the exercise of options by Graham Lilley and other employees 1,837,709 Shares were transferred from the Company's employee benefit trust and 1,687,006 Shares in total were sold on 21 May 2020 to institutional investors at a price of 1220 pence per Share. The total voting rights in the Company remain unchanged at 118,113,869 with 190,000 Shares held in treasury.

This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
