Posting of Annual Report

Andrews Sykes announces that its Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Annual Report") is being posted to applicable shareholders today and is also being made available on the Company's website www.andrews-sykes.com.

The Annual Report contains notice (the "Notice") of the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), which will be held at 3.30 p.m. on 16 June 2020 at Unit 5, Peninsular Park Road, London, SE7 7TZ.

In light of the COVID-19 crisis and the measures implemented by the UK Government which limit public gatherings of more than two people, shareholders are requested not to attend the AGM in person. Shareholders seeking to attend the AGM in person will be refused entry. Please see the Notice for more information.
