Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified on 15 May 2020, that Stéphane Gibon, Group Chief Financial Officer of Photo-Me, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 May 2020.
