Construction and Air Permit Virtual Public Comment Period

Active Energy, the international biomass based renewable energy business, announces that the Division of Air Quality is holding an online event for public comments on the construction and air permit (the "Permit") for the Company's CoalSwitch™ plant on 15th June 2020. The public comment period will close on the 19th June 2020.

The Company has previously announced that all other application and procedural formalities regarding the Permit have been completed. The Company has also received confirmation from the Division of Air Quality that a draft permit has been prepared, with no further information required.
