Update on Wavertree Project

The board is pleased to announce that the contractors at the Wavertree project have now returned to the site and most of the building materials needed for the coming weeks have been secured. The Wavertree project is at the final fit out stage and while the COVID-19 situation continues, the contractors are working safely within current government guidelines.

The COVID-19 Pandemic continues to affect all sectors, and though it seems to be past the peak, the board will update the market on further progress when there are updates.

Dukemount Executive Chairman Geoffrey Dart said, "I am pleased we are able to get the Wavertree contractors back on site and would ask shareholders to bear with us in these continuing difficult times.

Social distancing for the safety of the contractors is achievable at Wavertree and its success will be better understood in the coming weeks and also depends on Government advice going forward."
