Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified today that Jean-Marc Janailhac, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 27,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 42 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Janailhac and persons closely associated with him have an interest in 27,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.007 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
