Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva ulica 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), announces that it has received the approval of the Croatian National Bank, whereby as of the reporting date of December 31, 2024, it can include the profit realized in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 in the calculation of common equity tier-1, up to the amount of EUR 29,434,080.83, after deduction of all foreseeable charges or dividends. The inclusion of the amount in question in the calculation of the common equity tier-1 is carried out in accordance with Article 26, paragraph (2) of Regulation (EU) 575/2013 and on the Amendment of Regulation (EU) 648/2012, with the aim of continuing to strengthen the

Bank's capitalization and solvency, i.e. meeting the relevant regulatory limits.
