Directorate Changes

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces the appointment of Alison Fleming as non-executive director.  Alison will succeed Katrina Hart, who stands down from her position as non-executive director, having served on the Miton Group plc board since 2011 and the Premier Miton Group plc board since Merger. Both changes are effective 14 May 2020.

Alison has had an extensive career in financial markets over the last 25 years, holding senior positions within investment banks and boutique asset managers. Initially in investment banking (including UBS, Lehman Brothers, Credit Lyonnais) predominantly focused on public markets in sales, including running sales and sales trading in Europe. Latterly in private markets working across hedge funds, real assets, renewable energy and sustainable agriculture. Alison brings experience in stakeholder engagement, compliance, ESG, sales and marketing, governance and  business development.

Save as disclosed below, in relation to current and prior directorships, Premier Miton confirms that there are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Rule 17 of paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Alison Fleming's appointment.
