DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Zegona announces that Mark Brangstrup Watts, who has served as a director for five years, will not  stand for re-election at the upcoming AGM and has stepped down from the Board with effect from 12 May 2020.

Eamonn O'Hare, Zegona's Chairman and CEO, commented: "Mark has made a hugely valuable contribution to Zegona over the past 5 years which my colleagues and I have greatly appreciated.  On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mark for his hard work and wish him well for the future."
