Oxford, UK - 11 May 2020: Oxford Biomedica plc ("Oxford Biomedica" or "the Group") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, was informed that on 07 May 2020, that Dr. Jason Slingsby, Chief Business Officer of the Group, exercised options over 2,411 ordinary shares at nil cost and sold all of the resulting shares at 718p. Following this transaction he holds 70,783 options and no shares in the Company.
