Notice of Annual General Meeting

Sound Energy, the Moroccan focused upstream gas company, announces that its Notice convening the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") has today been published. 

The AGM is to be held at 4 Pembroke Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1XR at 1:00p.m. on Monday, 8 June 2020.

As a result of COVID-19 the Company would like to advise shareholders that in accordance with the UK Government's current 'Stay at Home Measures', which includes the banning of non-essential travel and gatherings of more than two people, the AGM will be held as a closed meeting.

Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person and are strongly encouraged to submit their proxy in advance of the meeting to ensure that their votes are registered.
