Resignation of Director

Checkit plc (AIM:CKT) the global technology group announces the resignation of Andy Weatherstone who steps down from his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. His last day in office will be 24 September 2020.

The Board is well advanced with the recruitment of Andy's replacement and expects to confirm the appointment of an appropriate candidate in due course.
