Admission To Trading For Bonus Shares

It was previously announced on 31 January 2019 that following the successful completion of the first 2 transactions, the directors decided to award the Executive Chairman, Mr Geoffrey Dart, a bonus of £80,000. Mr Dart agreed to receive settlement of this bonus in the form of ordinary shares in the company which were issued in two equal tranches at a price of 0.30 pence per share. The first tranche of shares was issued immediately before the AGM and the second tranche immediately after the AGM held on 1 February 2019. The total number of shares issued was 26,666,666. The shares were not admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange at the time of issue. Admission to trading for these 'Bonus' shares is now expected to be on 5 May 2020
