Director/PDMR/PCA Shareholding

Blackbird (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird, was informed that earlier today Stephen Streater, R&D Director of the Company, sold 1,825,714 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.02 pence per Ordinary Share. Stephen Streater now holds a total beneficial interest in 62,660,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 18.69 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also informed that earlier today Ian McDonough, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 1,591,420 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.02 pence per Ordinary Share. Of the 1,591,420 Ordinary Shares purchased by Ian McDonough, 142,653 Ordinary Shares were purchased through his ISA. Separately, earlier today Ian McDonough purchased a further 85,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14 pence per Ordinary Share. Additionally, earlier today, Syarifah Aidid, a person closely associated with Ian McDonough, purchased 142,653 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.02 pence per Ordinary Share through her ISA. Ian McDonough and his wife Syarifah Aidid, now together hold a total beneficial interest in 7,930,236 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 2.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The McDonough Family now together hold a total beneficial interest in 24,571,877 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 7.33 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
