Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, announces that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.2.6E, it has submitted a copy of its Articles of Association to the National Storage Mechanism, and this will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Articles of Association set out, amongst other things, the principal rights and restrictions attached to the Company's listed ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each.
