Audit Update

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the providers of mission-critical solutions for a more secure world, has been informed by its auditors, RSM UK Audit LLP ('RSM'), that due to staff challenges and difficulties in relation to travel as a result of the Covid-19 virus, we will no longer be able to meet the agreed timetable of the 28 April 2020 to formally report the Group's audited full year results for the year ended 31 December 2019.

As stated on 27 January, the Group expects to report another year of substantial growth in both revenue and adjusted operating profit, with a significant strengthening of the Group's order book.

The Company is seeking further clarity from RSM with regards to the timetable for publishing final audited results and will make a further announcement in due course.
