Checkit plc (AIM:CKT) the global technology group, announces that Rachel Neaman, Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,738 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Ms Neaman's total beneficial interest in the Company is 2,738 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.004% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.
