Appointment of CFO

Brand Architekts Group, the personal care and beauty products group with its own portfolio of brands, is pleased to announce the following Board Appointment:

Mr Tom Carter will be appointed as Chief Finance Officer with effect from 22 June 2020. He is currently Group Finance and Operations Director at Technetix Group Limited, a market leading technology company. Previously, he has been Regional Business Controller at Alliance Boots, Financial Controller at Sky Media and Finance Manager at Procter and Gamble. Tom trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.

As announced in our results statement on 10 March, the addition of Tom to the team follows the appointment of Quentin Higham as permanent CEO and completes the realignment of the management structure following the transformative sale of the manufacturing division.

Additional Disclosures Required under the AIM Rules for Companies

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, Thomas Richard James Carter (aged 38) does not hold any current directorships. Additionally, he has not held any other directorships or partnerships in the last five years other than his directorship at Steiner Academy Sussex Weald Limited.

There are no additional disclosures required under AIM Rule 17.
