Rockfire Resources plc (AIM: ROCK), the gold and base-metal explorer, has been notified that, on 14 April 2019, David Price, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.585 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, David Price has an interest in 13,850,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.19 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
