Patents granted for FirstBreath™ breathing system

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation from the UK Intellectual Property Office that it has been granted 3 patents for the claims related to the FirstBreath breathing system which is being developed by Viomedex, a wholly owned subsidiary. The FirstBreath breathing system is a range of Paediatric and Neonatal Respiratory Devices and systems used in neonatal intensive care areas.

Confirmation of the grant of the patents is expected to be formally announced in the Patents Journal on 29 April 2020 and will take effect from that date.
