Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

ContourGlobal plc (the "Company") announces that the following documents have today been published and sent or otherwise made available to shareholders:

•             Annual Report 2019 for the year ended 31 December 2019;

•             Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

•             Proxy form.

The above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.  They will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Annual Report 2019 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will also shortly be available on the Company's website at https://www.contourglobal.com/investors. 

The Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2019 were released via RNS on 17 March 2020.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held electronically on 27 May 2020.
