Notice of results

Learning Technologies Group plc, the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, will publish its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on 16 April 2020.

This revised date follows the Group's compliance with the previous recommendations of the Financial Conduct Authority and the Financial Reporting Council that listed companies should delay the publication of preliminary financial statements for at least two weeks.

The Group will hold a webcast presentation for research analysts and institutional investors at 9am on 16 April 2020.
