Posting of Annual Report

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM:MBH.L), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that it has posted its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 to shareholders.

The 2019 Annual Report is available to view on the Company's website, http://www.mbhplc.co.uk/financial-statements

As stated in the Final Results announcement dated 31 March 2020, the Board has decided to delay this year's AGM until June given that travel and gathering together may still be difficult in mid-May, when the AGM has traditionally been held. The Company will provide a further update in due course.
