Offer for Subscription: Closing Date for New Applications

Further to the offer for subscription for B Ordinary Shares of Pembroke VCT plc (the "Company") that was launched on 2 September 2019 (the "Offer"), the board of directors of the Company announces that the Offer will close to new applications at 5.00pm on Monday 6 April 2020.
