Withdrawal of Dividend

On 31st March, 2020 the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) published a statement on deposit takers' approach to dividends.  In the light of this the Company will not be proceeding with the payment of the second interim dividend announced on 26th March, 2020.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
