Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, would like to announce that following the Subscription and Sharing Agreement announced on 23 March 2020 and the associated increase in the total voting rights of the Company, Neill Ricketts, Chairman and CEO of Versarien, is now interested in 8.99% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.  Neill Ricketts's overall beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of Versarien remains unchanged at 15,250,000 ordinary shares of the Company.
