FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

The Directors of Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 6.50 per share for the year ended 31 December 2019.  Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2020, the dividend will be paid on 22 May 2020.
