Transaction in own shares

Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC announces that on 31 March 2020 it acquired 7,730 Ordinary Non-Voting shares at a price of £11.00 per Ordinary Non-Voting share.

Following this purchase the total number of Ordinary Non-Voting shares held in treasury is 19,040 and the total number of Ordinary Non-Voting shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 133,581.  The Company also has 14,889,048 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares).
