Director Share Transfers

Quartix Holdings plc, one of Europe's leading suppliers of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, software and services, has been informed of transfer of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Quartix Holdings plc ("Ordinary Shares") by a PDMR.

Peter Brown, a director or Quartix Limited, transferred a total of 29,713 Ordinary Shares to his ISA on 26 March 2020. To effect the transfer 28,771 shares were sold at 232.50 pence, 28,771 shares were  repurchased at 240.1 pence and 942 shares were repurchased at 244p.  Mr. Brown's beneficial holding has not changed a result of this transfer so he remains interested in 216,434 Ordinary Shares representing 0.45% per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
